NUTRIS Business Policy 2025-26


Payment Policy -
1. Credit Period: Regular Credit period is 30 days. 
2. If payment is in overdue ( Above 35 days), No goods will be despatched until full clearance of all dues bills. 
3. Cash Transactions: Cash transactions are strictly avoided with any company officers. Company do not
    accept any responsibility of cash payments given to company officers.
 4. Late Payment Charges: The delayed payment above 60 days will attract interest @ 15% per annum & Debit
     note of interest will be posted to the account at the end of each quarter
5. Cheque Bounce charges: Cheque Bounce charges Rs. 1000 per instrument, will be debited to the account. 

Goods Return Policy- 
1. We do not supply the goods without your order. Dealer should returned the material within 5 days
    from receipt if those are not ordered by you. 
2. Any queries & complaints related to goods should be communicated with the Sales Executive within 7
    Days of Delivery of Goods. (Contact to Supply Department- mo 788013378)
 3. Goods Return Handling Charges : In case of exceptional goods returns account will be debited by
     Rs.800per box & Rs.200 per Bag as Handling & Processing Charges.

Credit Notes Policy- 
1. The credit notes of seasonal schemes will be issued only after receipt of full bill amount. 

General Terms Conditions-
1. Any oral commitment by company representative is not be mandatory on company. To avoid
    disputes always ask for written policy, scheme letters. 
    
All litigation subject to Satara court of Jurisdiction.
